After exploring the ancient monuments and bazaars of Kathmandu and taking in the natural beauty of Pokhara and the Annapurnas, you take an early-morning drive to the put-in to rendez-vous with the river crew. The warm friendly waters of the Seti or Trisuli flow through scenic gorges and cultivated valleys, punctuated by exciting rapids. You leave the river soon after it meets the Trisuli to take-out on the highway to the Terai. This is a wonderful introduction to whitewater rafting in Nepal.
