Arun Valley lies between two highest mountains, Everest and Makalu. It is gifted with superb diversity of natural beauty and culture. Mt. Everest and Makalu offers significant views among many other mountains. Sherpas, Rais, Tamang (Lama) and Limbus dominate in this region. The highest point of this trek is Salpa Bhanjyang and where we can visit Salpa holy lake (3414 m). The Barun Valley is part of a huge international protected area under an agreement between Nepal and China. This trek start from Jiri, trek upto Bung then turn to the Arun Valley via Salpa Pokhari and trek will be end at Hile. Crossing the Arun River at Majwa and proceed to Hile. We can see the close view of the Makalu from Nepal Danda. The highest point of this trek is Salpa Bhanjyang (3414m) and also we can visit holy Lake at Salpa and if any member is interesting to hike up then they may hike Siling Chok (4154m) which is known as popular a trekking peak.
